The World of Chinese is seeking a Beijing-based web manager. We are looking a team player interested in a long-term employment commitment, keen to work with a dynamic international team of writers and editors.



  • 制订传播目标和计划,通过各种基于互联网的线上推广方式,全面提升网站的用户量与品牌形象,扩大《汉语世界》杂志的影响力;
  • 网站的内容建设和编辑加工,根据宣传策略进行相关软文、文稿、文案的撰写;
  • 电子商务平台产品上传、信息更新以及用户反馈收集与回复;
  • 网站运营维护、搜索引擎优化、改善用户体验
  • 商业拓展和网上推广
  • 网上广告发布和效果追踪
  • 培训和管理实习生



  • Manage all content on the website
  • Edit and write stories for the site
  • Increase SEO traffic and social media followers (WeChat, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Manage and increase the website’s good reputation
  • Manage website’s online store
  • Launch online advertising campaigns
  • Coach and manage digital interns
  • Work with the development of the digital magazine



  • 英语母语(或接近母语水平),汉语流利
  • 两年以上网站或社交媒体运营经验
  • 富有创意和激情,英文编辑写作能力突出
  • 基本了解WordPress,Google Analytics,PHP,HTML,CSS, Photoshop



  • Native English speakers welcome, good or fluent Chinese is very helpful
  • 2+ years web management and/or marketing experience
  • Strong English editing and writing skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, PHP, HTML and CSS, as well as photo editing software such as Photoshop
