Massage your way to bigger breasts

Using ancient Chinese techniques for better breasts

03·04·2014

Often seen as the epitome of femininity, the size, shape, and color of a woman’s breasts differ the world over.  Wrapped in notions of womanhood, motherhood, and sexuality, the humble breast is immensely important to women. Enhancing natural assets is often at the heart of how women dress, not to mention how they perceive their looks and overall appearance.  In the never ending search for delightfully proportioned breasts, some women go further than others. Invasive surgery, hormone replacement, and changing diet are all employed to gain the ultimate booby prize – bigger and better breasts.

Another, although lesser known, technique to acquire the perfectly perky is Chinese Traditional Breast Massage, which claims the ability to enhance size, tighten and add firmness to the breast. Something that would, no doubt, give many women a lift (and quite probably a few men too).

It’s commonly believed throughout China that in massaging your breasts they will become larger. It’s a standard service offered in Chinese spas, and the techniques can often be simply replicated at home.  The effects are due to the increased blood flow to the breasts (although they are temporary), and it is even used by mothers starting to wean their children off breast milk. Women in China have been massaging their breasts to enhance them for over a millennium, and modern spa treatments are a surreal mix of traditional Chinese massage techniques and modern technology.

There are many different methods to the massage: the kneading method, the point pressure method, the jitter method and the friction method. Gentle breast massage can reduce breast soreness due to hormonal fluctuations and can stimulate lymph flow.

It is also believed that breast massage helps to relieve the build-up of toxins and encourages blood circulation for a healthy lymphatic system.  Perhaps having many a man’s dream job, Yang Jun, China’s latest male breast masseur, says he will not let his jealous girlfriend or parents get in the way of his growing career. He is struggling his way through this (understandably) female dominated field, massaging lactating women’s breasts to stimulate milk flow. As China wants to increase the number of mothers breastfeeding after a shocking tainted milk scare, the need for lactation consultants is growing.
