Hugo Tseng
Professor Hugo Tseng is the Dean of the School of Foreign Languages at Sanda University in Shanghai. He is also an editorial board member of The World of English, TWOC’s sister magazine, published by The Commercial Press. Professor Tseng is also the former chair of the English Department of Soochow University in Taipei. He has a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, USA.
